these photos are a glimpse at how fast life changes and how fast kids grow up.  only a couple of months ago jared was a senior in high school and living at home and now he is off to his first semester at college!

the village of pinehurst is so quaint and a golfers paradise. it was the perfect setting for this little guys one year old portrait session. he is named after a famous golfer after all!

i love these images from alex’s eight grade grad shoot. alex’s beautiful brown eyes are the window to her sweet soul. it was lovely to watch her personality emerge during our portrait session as she began to open up to the camera. it started with little smiles and by the end of the shoot she was skipping around and letting loose!

ever since luke was born his parents called him their little monkey, so naturally he had the most adorable monkey themed first birthday celebration!  luke was not too sure what he thought about the cupcakes, but the chocolate covered bananas were definitely a hit in his book!  it was the perfect day of family, fun and cute kiddos.
