i have been photographing josh for years.  this year he looks soooo different.  he has officially shifted from a little boy into mr. cool.

this kid is going to be a total heart breaker!  i am in love with his sweet smile and his freckles, not to mention his super-cool sense of style!

millie holloman is one of my favorite photographers and a super great girl!  check out her amazing work here.

with a family full of photographers someone is always behind the lens, so i had the privilege of photographing the whole holloman clan.

it was a lovely evening in wilmington as we tooled around town and snapped some photos along the way.  here are some of my favorite family shots featuring millie, the lady behind the lens.  ; )

this spring i have photographed so many past bride’s babies.  it was great to catch up with lakshmi and brendan and meet their new little sweetie.

kieran has the most beautiful big brown eyes that will melt your heart!

aside from the multiple poisonous snake sightings by the lake this was such a fun cover shoot for charlotte magazine.  i love the retro bathing suit!

we are always so excited to see one our fabulous client’s wedding in print!  carrie and gregg are featured this month in the knot of nc.  on stands now, check em out!

natalie is a top contender for the best baby award during a photoshoot!  she showed me all of her tricks.  she gave me smiles, she blew bubbles, she held her head up and she demonstrated her biggest talent of all which was just looking insanely cute in her pleated red dress.  mom is pretty talented too.  i was blow away with the quilts that laura made.  check out her strawberry quilt below.

the last time i photographed brittany she was in 8th grade!  she has grown into such a beautiful young woman.  i am so excited for her as she begins a new chapter in her life.  congrats brittany!

i had some summer fun on the farm with the creech clan.  it made me so happy when momma creech said, “you actually brought tears to my eyes with some of these shots”.
