6-8 months is one of my most favorite ages to photograph. when babies can sit up and have a little independence for the first time it is so fun to see the excitement in their eyes. carson is such a happy little babe. she had me giggling throughout our shoot with her big gummy smiles!
i cannot believe that these two little munchkins are going to be 6 and 11 soon! they fill me up with so much joy and sunshine. we had a little photo-shoot when we were on bald head island over spring break.
it is national puppy day! i can’t believe my little baby josie is almost 1. she is now a 100 pound puppy! i did a little photo shoot with her with she was about 3 months old. i could not decide which photo i like best so here are three of my faves!

this warm sunshine and the upcoming daylight savings time change makes me so happy! i am ready for spring, but it also means i only have a couple more weeks to catch up on all of my winter projects! one of my goals for 2015 is to try to keep up with my family photos. here are some of my favorites from a winter trip to crested butte, the cutest little colorado town ever! we had such an amazing time doing every snow activity that we could think of when we visited over christmas break.
i am so excited to shoot aubrey + kort’s upcoming wedding at the cotton room this summer! i guess their love is so strong that it kept them warm and smiling….you can’t tell that it was about 20 degrees on the day of their shoot!
i love these senior portrait images of bennett on his friends farm. he is an old soul and i feel like these portraits really reflect what a sweet guy he is!
