I was SO happy to finally get to shoot this cutie pie!  I have been friends with his mommy since she hired me as a photo editor about five years ago and we learned that we have the exact same birthday!  It is wonderful to watch this little family grow!

Besides being an amazingly talented art director, she has just started a new company with another friend/client of ours, it is called Hatched Prints.  They have created the cutest birth announcements, mommy calling cards, invitations, etc.  Be sure to swing by their etsy store or blog and spread the love!

I felt like superwoman after I got to Sherita + Doug’s loveShoot ON TIME after navigating the NYC subway system by myself with lots of crazy construction detours!  Yay for subway apps and lots of friendly, helpful people!

We had a great time exploring the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens and Park Slope and hanging out with the thousands of people on the Brooklyn Bridge.  Extra special thanks to Doug for lugging around the rolling suitcase all day!
