mimi is seriously one of the cutest kids on the planet! we have been photographing her parents since their engagement.
it was wonderful to meet up with them in their new home town of philadelphia.
melisa and matheus had an international nuptial in beautiful marion and then an amazing celebration at coleman place in asheville. guests came from brazil to afghanistan to share the love!

this has been the year of big families with lots of little boys!
alex is 6 months old already! he has changed so much in the past few months. his hair is coming in, he is smiling, and he is sitting up. it was so cute how he was absolutely enthralled with the beautiful fall leaves.
we love shooting for our state magazine! especially when it features good eats in our very own tiny town of madison. brad and ryder just “happened” to be at bob’s restaurant during my shoot. they are sitting in the rockers outside of bob’s. ; )

as a photographer i have to admit i was prepared for mayhem when the hawkins family arrived. any photshoot with 5 kids under the age of 10 has the potential to go wild! let me just say, the hawkins kids were amazing! they were so easy and happy. we had a great time playing in the leaves on the farm.
we photographed amanda and chris’s wedding a few years ago. it was so fun to meet their sweet little bean, josephine.
amanda’s sister lives close to charlotte and amanda lives in the raleigh area so they met in the middle for a family fun fest at the whitebox farm.
