this is it! the last night of indian gorgeousness. the evening was more like a western wedding reception, but not just any wedding reception! there were ballet dancers, opera singers, and theatrical performers for entertainment. it was a night of heart felt toasts and sentimental surprises. the bride’s mother sang a song to her (there was not a dry eye there!). it was a magical last night of celebration!
the hangover bazaar was held poolside at the gorgeous leela palace. it was a relaxing morning for the guests to see local crafts and lounge by the refreshing waters!
the full moon fantasy sangeet was at the island palace of jag mandir. bollywood entertainment, family and friend’s entertaining performances and a great dj made it a night to remember!
post 2 from one of the most amazing weddings ever! the ceremony was at the gorgeous leela palace in udaipur.
here are a few shots of the bride getting ready from my fabulous second shooter, michele waite.
the baraat is always a fun part of an indian wedding. the drums pounding and the dancing are so festive! often the groom will ride to the ceremony on a horse or an elephant, but this groom opted for a bike. : )
post 1 from one of the most amazing weddings ever! the first night of the wedding was magical. whirling dervishes, a sufi rock band, delicious food, and gorgeous decor at an amazing location. what else can a photographer ask for? maybe a super nice and totally gorgeous bride and groom? well, this couple is that too. the ring ceremony was held at manek chow at the palace complex in udaipur, india. it was a great first night in udaipur. : )
Trying to get a pic of a 1 month old with his 1 1/2 year old brother- comical and chaotic…but still cute!

This was a big day for London! He turned 1, got some shots, got a haircut, rocked his photoshoot and got to smash a cake! What a trooper!
